KARLA IS THE FOUNDER AND FITNESS TRAINER AT ENTRAINE-MOI.

Her passion for training and physical activity and her experiences have allowed her to better understand the effect of movement on women's bodies through different ages.

It is important to be well supervised by a qualified trainer in order to establish this habit that we sometimes neglect in our lives. As a personal trainer, Karla will be able to assess and meet your needs by developing a safe exercise program based on your goals and abilities.
