SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

Graduating from the Montreal Academy of Osteopathy in 2016, I have adapted my practice to various types of clientele over the years.

My experience working in a physiotherapy clinic at the end of my studies allowed me to develop a strong interest in treating musculoskeletal issues by combining osteopathy, massage therapy, and neuro-proprioceptive taping techniques.

My approach is primarily focused on visceral, myofascial, articular, and fluid techniques.
In addition, assessing and releasing muscular chains at the source of pain is at the core of my practice.

To broaden my scope of practice, I have completed several continuing education trainings over the years, including:

Cervical Pain and TMJ (Massothérapie Québec, 2016)
Structural Articular Manipulations (EPOQ, 2017)
Lorsqu’on l’immobilise devant un écran alors qu’il est une machine conçue pour se mouvoir
Muscle Control and Proprioception of the Lower Quadrant (Atlas Médic, 2018)
Neurological Clinical Safety (Enosi, 2019)
Pain Neurophysiology (EPOQ, 2020)
Sacred Feminine & Gaia (Ayung Dari, 2020)
Introduction to Ayurveda (Quebec Academy of Ayurveda, 2021)
Examen physique en pédiatrie et pathologies pédiatriques (EPOQ, 2022)
Management of Sciatica and Cruralgia (CFPCO Paris, 2025)

Having practiced gymnastics during the first twenty years of my life and recently taken up volleyball, I have a keen interest in the athletic world and recognize the importance of movement in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Workshops & Retreats

  • Reconnection, Nature & Light (in partnership with Dominique Dominique, Kio-o Health Center, 2017). This was a yoga and meditation retreat during which I offered osteopathy and massage therapy treatments, allowing participants to gain the greatest possible benefits from their practice.

  • Yoga & Massage Workshops, in partnership with Emmanuelle Rose (Chez l’Ostéo Rosemont, 2020–2021). I provided massage therapy to participants while they were positioned in various yoga postures, helping them release tension and find greater comfort throughout the sequences.

The passion that drives my work in osteopathy deepens year after year, strengthened by the connection I build with those who consult me. I feel fortunate to be able to support you in relieving your discomfort and pain.

As a new mother, I am now particularly dedicated to caring for infants and young children, helping them begin life in a body that feels as free and relaxed as possible. Happy baby, happy parents!

Finally, my ultimate goal with every session is this: to help you enjoy life a little more by continuing to do the activities you love—those that make you feel truly alive.

Osteopathy can put us in dialogue with these rhythms through its gentle, holistic and conscientious approach to honor all their different aspects in order to finally achieve an easier and more comfortable life.
