SWEDISH MASSAGE
This is the most classic and popular technique in the West.
Swedish massage is a series of maneuvers applied to the muscles or joints to restore tired, sluggish, or inhibited muscles.
It aims to maximize the body's capacity for action, improve blood circulation by promoting the return of blood to the heart, and enhance lymphatic circulation, nutrition, and cellular elimination.
Swedish massage harmonizes tensions and stimulates the person's self-regulating functions by activating their self-healing power. It is an excellent stress management tool!

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a technique that consists of gripping and stretching the tissues to release the deep muscle fibres between the different layers of muscles and fascias, as well as the postural muscles. This method is frequently used in clinical massage therapy, physiotherapy and orthotherapy. With a therapeutic scope of action, deep tissue massage excels in muscle relaxation and improvement of locomotor problems. When properly performed, it can also lead to relaxation.
Deep tissue massage follows the same protocol as other massage therapy techniques. The main difference is in the execution: the pace is much slower to encourage penetration through the muscle layers.
Similarly, the strength of the manoeuvres is progressive in order to warm up the muscles and avoid spasms. The therapist will probably use various joints or contact surfaces in the application of his or her massage manoeuvres to take it easy.

Lomi Lomi Massage
The word lomi lomi (pronounced loumi loumi) means “massage” or “to massage” in Hawaiian. There, on the Hawaiian Islands, this massage is traditionally practiced using several techniques that differ from those commonly known in America in that they systematically use the forearms.
Lomi Lomi Nui (pronounced “noui”), which means “big massage,” is a well-known technique in the West. It is characterized by fluid movements that mimic the flow of ocean waves. The movements are performed primarily using the forearms, but also the hands and elbows. The effects of this massage are profound, even transformational, in that they promote self-awareness and help achieve balance between body and mind.

Sports Massage (Flushmassage)
Sports massage (Flushmassage) is a dynamic technique designed to prepare muscles for exercise or to aid in their recovery after physical activity. Unlike a relaxation massage, it targets the muscle groups being used to stimulate circulation, reduce tension, and promote the elimination of metabolic waste produced by exercise.
Whether you’re a casual exerciser or an athlete, this massage can help improve your recovery, reduce muscle stiffness, and help you get back to your activities more quickly.
